Tiger is a pure naturalist. He does not encourage or practice steroids. The young actor wakes up almost at dawn to practice with his team. He works out for 4-5 hours every day without fail.
He is trained in martial arts and also regularly visits the gym. Tiger is very disciplined and focused. He believes fitness is for all and it's very important that health is looked after first.

Farhan Live to perform extensively in early 2015
Farhan Akhtar will be extensively travelling in the coming new year
with his band and performing in various cities in India and also
Internationally. The multi-talented personality Farhan has hectic tours
lined up across borders from January to March.
There are various organizers and colleges who have been reaching out to his band and Farhan has allotted three months for these performances.
He is extremely passionate about his band and really enjoys himself on stage. He also gets to learn while he travels and engages with new people, especially a lot of youth who attend these concerts.
Starting early next year he will be performing at Pune, Belgaum, Delhi, Kolkata, Ranchi, Goa, Allahabad, Hyderabad and Kota.
He will also be touring internationally to Nepal, Dubai, Australia, Kuwait and in various cities in the U.S. Incidentally, as soon as Farhan is back he will start shooting for Rock On 2 in April.
The concert tour will be a live prep for Farhan for his film – in a sense. Farhan will get to connect with his fans in India as well as internationally during the tours.Spokesperson of Farhan confirms “Yes. Farhan will extensively be travelling early next year for concerts and performances.” Next year, Farhan will also be seen in Zoya Akhtar’s Dil Dhadakne Do and Wazir where he plays an ATS officer.
Amitabh Bachchan to receive ANR award on December 27
Tollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan has been chosen for the Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR) award for 2014.
Akkineni Nagarjuna addressing a press conference said that the award would be presented to Amitabh Bachchan on December 27 in presence of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao and Union Minister for Urban Development M Venkaiah Naidu.
Rajya Sabha Member T Subbarami Reddy who is the chairman of the selection committee recalled that in the year 2004,when ANR got the prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke Award, he got the idea of instituting an award to honour those who had devoted for the development of Indian cinema. He said that a bank account was opened with Rs.2 lakh a sum that grew to Rs.1 crore soon. With the interest it generated, every year since 2005, the awards were being given any, he said.
